The Troop 76 Handbook is in the process of being revised. A preliminary draft (May 2003) is provided in the links below. Although 98% complete, there are still a few areas in the handbook undergoing revision. For the most part, however, the changes being discussed are not particularly substantive, so the draft version is provided for your review and use. Please e-mail the Webmaster if you notice any errors, omissions or find any part of this document less than clear. Your input and suggestions on how to make this important set of guidelines more effective for Scouts and their parents are always welcome.
