Troop 76 BSA is chartered by Jesse Lee Memorial United Methodist Church at 207 Main Street, Ridgefield, CT 06877. The charter moved from St. Mary's Catholic Church in August 2003.

The Troop meets most Tuesday evenings, 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM, in Ridgefield. Check the Troop Calendar for specific details.

As of 03/24/2006, the Troop has 52 registered Scouts.

As of 03/24/2006, the Troop's active Scout Roster includes 8 Eagle, 10 Life, 9 Star and 8 First Class Scouts.

Since re-chartered in 1981 as Troop 76, we have had 60 Eagle Scouts.

Before 1981, we had ?????? Eagle Scouts.

The Troop was originally chartered by St. Mary's on June 26, 1936, as Troop 43.

The Troop apparently also took in members from Troop 25 (St. Stephen's Church) in the 1960s.

The Troop is in Scatacook District, which is part of the Connecticut Yankee Council.

We are one of four Troops in Ridgefield, Connecticut (Troops 49, 76, 116, 431).

We stress leadership development, community service, and high adventure, while having fun.
